Join Entries
Shortcut: Ctrl+J This dialog box allows you to join the text
of several entries into a single one. You must have at least two entries
selected to use this command. This function copies into the first selected
entry all the other selected entries. The copied entries are separated by
the string specified in the Separation string field. The copied
entries are then treated according the option you selected: do nothing to
them, flag them, or remove them. Separation string -- Enter
the string that should be used to separate two joined entries. You can use
the escape sequences \s , \t , \n , and
\\ for respectively the space, tabulation, line-feed, and
back-slash characters. Do nothing -- Select this option if
the entries copied into the first selected entries should remain untouched.
Flag the entries -- Select this option to flag the entries that
have been copied into the first selected entry. Remove the entries
from the TM -- Select this option to remove from the TM the entries
that have been copied into the first selected entry.
