Fields Settings

Shortcut: Ctrl+K

This dialog box allows you to define which fields are displayed in the grid and the appearance of the columns.

Note that the special fields Key and Flag are always included in the displayed fields as the two first columns of the grid.

Fields -- List of the fields in the file. Check the ones should be displayed in the grid.

Move Up -- Click this button to move up the selected field. The fields from top to bottom are displayed from left to right in the grid (or from right to left if the grid is set for right-to-left reading order). Note that the Key and the Flag columns cannot be moved.

Move Down -- Click this button to move down the selected field.

Read-only -- Set this option to protect the specified field. When this option is set, the field cannot be modified in the edit boxes.

Show in field set 1 -- Set this option to display the specified field when the field set 1 is selected.

Show in field set 2 -- Set this option to display the specified field when the field set 2 is selected.

Width -- Enter the width of the column.

Percentage -- select this option to express the width of the column in percentage.

Pixel -- Select this option to express the width of the column in pixel.

Always distribute percentages -- Set this option to perform a distribution of the percentage columns when closing the dialog box. This has the effect to make all columns set to percentage width to have the same width.
