Filter Import OptionsThis dialog allows you to specify the options to use when reading a file using one of the Okapi filters. Note: Filter settings -- Enter the filter settings string to use to process the file to import. Default encoding -- Enter the default encoding for the input file. Not all filters use this parameters since some formats provide an encoding declaration mechanism. Source language -- Select the source language of the file to import. This will also be used as the source language of the TM after the import. The list of the language available is the languages already in the current file. You can also add a new language. Target language -- Select the target language of the file to import. This will also be use as the target language of the TM after the import. The list of the language available is the languages already in the current file. You can also add a new language. Note that only bi- or multilingual files (e.g. PO files) can have a target language. If you input file is not bi-lingual (e.g. Java Properties file), simply leave this field as it is. The source and the target language must be different. Flag the imported entries -- Set this option to flag the entries that are imported. Note that any entries already flagged will remain flagged as well. Import target text when available -- Set this option to import the text of the translated item when the file to import is a bilingual file. This option will have an effect only for filters that support bilingual input. Merge entries -- Set this option to merge the entries of the file to import, rather than to add them at the end of the current entries. This option is available only if you are importing into an existing TM. Merge Options -- Click this button to open the Merge Options dialog box where you can define how the merging should be done.
