Toolbar

Shows or hides the toolbar.

Status Bar

Shows or hides the status bar.

Switch Path Display Mode

Hides of shows the root in the path of the input files. If no root has been defined, the display remains the same. Use the Edit Root command in the Input menu to define the root.

Input Files List 1

Shows the first list of input files. See the Input List Tabs section for more information.

Shortcut: Ctrl+1

Input Files List 2

Shows the second list of input files. See the Input List Tabs section for more information.

Shortcut: Ctrl+2

Input Files List 3

Shows the third list of input files. See the Input List Tabs section for more information.

Shortcut: Ctrl+3

Options

Shows the general options tab, where you define parameters such as the source and target languages, the source and target default encodings. See the Options Tab section for more information.

Shortcut: Ctrl+4

Output

Shows the output tab where you define the location and the names of the output files. See the Output Tab section for more information.

Shortcut: Ctrl+5

Project

Shows the project tab, where project options are defined. See the Project Tab section for more information.

Shortcut: Ctrl+6

Viewer

Opens the Viewer window of Rainbow. This window displays the content of the file currently selected in the current input file list. The file is open either as a text file, or with the Internet Explorer browser component.

Log

Shows the Log window.
