Screen 3: When importing a TMX document you can select which language within the document to import.
Screen 4: The Flag Entries dialog box where you can set the criteria of the entries to flag. For example, you can flag all the entries containing a given regular expression.

Screen 1: The Text Extraction utility allows you to extract translatable text from different input file and present the extracted text in various format such as XLIFF, TMX, the original file with an RTF layer, etc.
Screen 2: The Text Rewriting utilities allows you to extract and rewrite the extracted text in a single pass, and apply various changes to the text. This can be useful to test filters, as well as to detect hard-coded text for example.
Tikal as well as most of the utilities and filters can run on the Mono implementation of .NET, on Windows, Linux and Macintosh.
